I always get the feeling that some science fiction is just reality waiting to happen... Phillip K. Dick's book, now a great movie seems to be eeriely pre-visioning our future. Does anyone else think that psychics (real ones, not the psychic hotline) might actually begin to play a part in solving crimes?

They already play a part in solving crimes and have for many years. The can say what they feel/see, but the detectives have to find the evidence and make it stand up in court.

The problem is when you start trying to prevent crimes from happening by envisioning the future.
